A lot of times we come up with fantastic ideas and great concepts. We get super excited about our ideas and we fell like sharing with friends and people in our circle of influence. Still saturated in the euphoria of our "mind blowing idea", our excitement begins to rub off on other people. However, I have seen a lot of people share their bright ideas with some decent level of assurance but few years down the line, those ideas have not left the "raw state".

Beyond the euphoric excitement that stems from having an idea, the processes involved in idea translation and execution must be embraced. Converting that raw idea to a tangible reality requires your commitment to continuity. This strength of character in consistency is the currency that guarantees the return we seek. Regardless of the complexity and process-driven nature of the idea, we need to develop an execution plan and follow through the process.
